返品について

Return Policy for International Orders

• Items must be unused and in their original condition (trying on is acceptable).
• Return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
• Items damaged, soiled, or malfunctioning due to the customer’s responsibility.
• If we do not receive a return request within 7 days after delivery.
• Items that have been used.
• Sale items.
• Custom or special order items.
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered.
